What do you recommend cream for making cakes?

I have used some brands of face cream. Let me talk about my personal feelings for your reference. As far as Anjia, CEO, Meiji and Nestle are concerned, personally, Anjia's milk has moderate taste, light taste and great stability. Presidential milk tastes light, but it tastes light and instant, and its stability is average; Meiji cream has short shelf life and light taste, but its stability is not good. Nestle feels more suitable for dessert, so I prefer to use natural Anjia cream with moderate milk flavor. The whipped cream tastes smooth, delicate and dense, which is very suitable for wiping flowers.
