Is there a difference between cosmetic hygiene certificate and food hygiene certificate?

There is no difference. Health certificate refers to the proof of preventive health examination, which proves that the examinee has the health quality required by practice. It is divided into four categories: food hygiene, public places, cosmetics and drinking water. The items examined are the same, so there is no difference between cosmetic health certificate and food health certificate.
