Three principles for judging mental health

The three principles of mental health are whether psychological activities are consistent with the external environment; Whether the psychological process is complete and harmonious; Whether the psychological characteristics of personality are relatively stable. Mental health means that all aspects and activities of psychology are in a good or normal state.

1.

Whether psychological activities are consistent with the external environment. That is, whether a person's thoughts and behaviors can correctly reflect the outside world and whether there are obvious differences.

2.

Whether the psychological process is complete and harmonious. That is, whether a person's cognitive process, emotional process and will process are complete and coordinated.

3.

Whether the psychological characteristics of personality are relatively stable. That is, under the premise of no major changes in the external environment, whether personality characteristics such as temperament, personality and ability are relatively stable and whether behavior shows consistency.
