People's Health in China

Nowadays, with the improvement of people's living standards and the enrichment of material life, many people are tired of work and family life and seldom take care of their health. Every time a physical examination comes out, many people's bodies are in a sub-health state, with pain here and discomfort there, all kinds of minor problems, all kinds of situations are more prominent, and some major diseases are getting younger and younger.

For the development of people's quality, Healthy China officially announced 50 "national standards" for healthy China people. The health books published by the state are rich in content and huge in knowledge. These 50 health items involve diet health, exercise habits, sleep health and eye hygiene, as well as some physical health testing standards, which involve all aspects of people's lives.

Although these 50 articles don't seem to be many, they contain a lot of people, and not many people can do every one in our daily life. As far as eating health is concerned, I have observed that I can only do 1~2 items. These daily hygiene habits are not cultivated by myself, so I have been in a sub-health state physically.

In the section of exercise habits, it has guiding significance for some sleep, exercise methods and study habits of primary school students, and gives many parents a relatively standard reference. But reflecting on our daily behavior, we know that these standards are good, but many people can't do it because they are lax. For example, when there is a psychological problem, ask for help in time. Many people don't have the consciousness of asking for help when they have problems in their hearts, and they don't pay enough attention to some psychological problems, resulting in many patients with severe depression, and even many people have some self-abuse behaviors.
