If you use a Huawei mobile phone, you can check the operation by the following methods:

1. Abnormal step counting of new machine.

Today's WeChat step counting data is pushed to the old device by the WeChat server by default, and generally will not be displayed on the new device. If the new machine has step counting data, the step counting may be inaccurate. I suggest you observe whether the WeChat step counting is accurate the next day.

Second, the non-new machine is abnormal in step counting.

2. If the steps of other step counting apps such as sports and health are also 0, it may be a hardware problem of the mobile phone. Try the following tests:

Pull down the phone interface to enter the shortcut settings menu, turn on automatic rotation, and then turn on the phone settings. Put the mobile phone landscape screen in the setting interface of the mobile phone, and observe whether the screen can be rotated to landscape mode. If the phone can't rotate to landscape mode, it may be that the gravity sensor of the phone is abnormal.
