Several signals of sub-health

The emergence of any disease requires a process. Before the disease really appeared, our bodies actually had some signs. If I don't pay enough attention, the disease will suddenly appear. As long as we can pay attention to these bad signals in the body, we can avoid turning into some very serious diseases with high probability. If there are several conditions in your body, it means that your body may be in a sub-health state.

For example, if you feel dizzy when you get up in the morning, it may be because of high blood viscosity or cervical vertebra problems. If you still feel a little bloated 20 minutes after getting up, then your heart and kidneys may not be well. This must be taken seriously. If you feel nauseous and vomit in the morning, you may have chronic gastritis or hepatobiliary diseases.

If you wake up in the morning and find that your face is red, it is probably a heart attack or related to high blood pressure. If you feel yellow and weak in the morning, you may have hepatitis. If the color of the eyes changes, such as turning yellow or bloodshot or cloudy, you should see a doctor immediately. If your eyelids look a little pale, you may have iron deficiency anemia.

When brushing our teeth, we should pay attention to our breathing. If we have bad breath, it may be all kinds of stomach diseases or liver diseases, or it may be because of lack of vitamins. These are all hints from our bodies. These problems seem small, but we must pay attention to them. If it exists for a long time, we will go to the hospital for examination.
