What kind of diet is healthy?

Normal diet, no partial eclipse, don't be too full or hungry, don't eat too salty, drink less drinks, eat less frozen products, mix meat and vegetables reasonably (the ratio of meat and vegetables is 3: 7, three portions of meat and seven portions of vegetables), and eat regularly. Always add some fruit. Eat according to people's daily recipes. It is a healthy diet.

There are basically no foods that are not specifically requested by doctors.
