How do women judge the tightness and health of vagina?

First, test the flexibility of your PC muscles by inserting your fingers. Just insert your knuckles into your vagina, squeeze or pinch your fingers with your PC muscles, and then see which of the following situations you feel best.

The result of a determination is not necessarily reliable, and the test can be repeated.

Flexibility score: 1-2 is weak; 3 points is normal; 4-5 is too tight.
