Buddhism solves the most fundamental problem of life and death. Achieve true peace by closing your mind; 2) Step 2, keep up: The teacher always follows his heart, and wherever he goes, he really vibrates at the same frequency as the Heart Sutra, Buddha, mentor and himself. Only when the frequency is the same can he vibrate with * * *, which has three advantages: a) It is a better way to regulate the body than traditional Chinese medicine. B) Clear the blockage of the mind and make it more and more open; C) Initiate self-awakening and epiphany. Buddha is not learned but alive, and practice is not lip service, but physical and mental behavior; Buddha's realm, mind and compassion live in his own life. This is a disciple of Buddha. Imagine yourself as the incarnation of Buddha, return to the world physically and mentally in your own form, and live in the world bit by bit.
