Sharp 1035, buddy, ask. AL 1035 powder printing and copying all have bottom ash. Do you know how to solve it?

When using a copier, it is a common phenomenon that there are different shades of bottom ash on the copied manuscript, which is also a difficult problem to solve. The bottom ash on the copy is one of the important signs to identify the quality of the copy, and it is also one of the standards to indicate whether there is a problem with the copier.

Fault causes and maintenance methods of bottom ash copier

The copier is underexposed, and the reasons include the aging of the exposure lamp and the decrease of illumination; The hood is too small and the exposure is small, which leads to the failure of the bottom ash of the copier; Adjust the exposure voltage, light the joint or replace the exposure lamp.

If the contrast of the original is too small, such as colored bills, you can use the background color of the copier to remove the copy function (many old machines do not have this function)

The used copy paper is wet, causing the bottom ash failure of the copier; Replace dry paper.

The developing bias of the copier is too low or there is no developing bias; Adjust the developing bias of the copier and repair the developing bias circuit.

The carrier proportion in the developer is small, and the toner proportion is too high, resulting in uniform and thick bottom ash. The reason is that there is too much free toner, which is difficult for the carrier to absorb. At this time, it is necessary to readjust the proportion of carrier and toner. For specific methods, refer to the maintenance manuals of various brands of copiers.

The toner and carrier of the copier are affected by moisture, and the resistivity decreases, and the electrification of the toner and carrier becomes worse, resulting in poor development effect and bottom ash in the copier. Just replace the toner or carrier.

Carrier fatigue (including wet development and dry development) reduces the adsorption capacity of the carrier to toner (or ink), which easily makes the toner free and adsorbed by residual potential (bright area), resulting in bottom ash.

Toner and carrier do not match, and it does not work for the same model. Please confirm the model before installation.

The photosensitive drum is tired. Clean or replace the photosensitive drum.

When the voltage of the machine connected to the copier is too low, the voltage should be guaranteed to be no less than 220 volts, but when the voltage is too low, the copier usually reports an error and protects itself.

Bottom ash is a common problem of photocopiers, which is particularly troublesome to maintain for various reasons. It would be nice to know the sanitary condition of the copier at present, otherwise it will take some effort.
