Air quality standards:
1, PM2.5 standard: PM2.5 refers to particles with a diameter less than or equal to 2.5 microns in the air. Long-term exposure to excessive PM2.5 will increase the risk of respiratory and cardiovascular diseases. In order to protect public health, the World Health Organization (WHO) and many countries have formulated the standard of PM2.5. In China, the standard of PM2.5 is no more than 35 micrograms per cubic meter.
2.PM 10 standard: PM 10 refers to the particles in the air whose diameter is more than 2.5 microns and less than or equal to 10 micron. Long-term exposure to excessive PM 10 may increase the risk of respiratory and cardiovascular diseases. Many countries and regions have formulated the standard of PM 10, but the specific standard may vary from region to region.
