Legal basis: Article 13 of the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall meet the following conditions:
(1) Having China nationality;
(two) at least eighteen years of age;
(3) Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s leadership and socialist system;
(4) Having good political quality and moral conduct;
(5) Having the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;
(6) Having the educational level and working ability that meet the post requirements;
(seven) other conditions prescribed by law.
