Greek president's health

Faced with the changes in the international environment and the grim situation of domestic struggle, the struggle between the two factions within the Greek government has been temporarily eased. 1827 in April, the third national congress was held in Teresin. The president served in the Russian government, and his election further proved Russia's influence on Greek politics, thus accelerating the intervention of European powers in the Greek war.
