Exercise needs to pay attention to several points:
First, no matter which form of exercise you choose, you should suit yourself. Everyone's physique is different, and the exercise load is also different. First, suit yourself and don't force yourself too much. For example, if you can't run at all, you can walk.
Second, there are two ways to judge the intensity of exercise:
1, the heart rate of moderate intensity exercise should generally reach 150- age (times/minute). Except those who are in good health, the exercise heart rate should not exceed 170- age (times/minute). If you are 40 years old, your heart rate during exercise should be controlled at 1 10 times.
2. Judge the intensity of exercise according to your own feelings. In moderate-intensity exercise, you will feel your heart beating and breathing faster. You can talk continuously with the rhythm of breathing, but you can't sing.
Actually, I'm in my forties now, in grade five. I exercise 1 hour every day (mainly jogging). I have been running in the morning for more than ten years. In the past few years, I basically exercised seven days a week. Unless there are special circumstances, because my physical fitness is better, I will go out to exercise even if I have my period, because I won't feel particularly uncomfortable.
Only in the last two years, I took a day off because of my special physical condition. In the last year, I took a week off 1-2 days. I have a principle of running, that is, I don't compare speed with anyone, so I just need to master my heart rate during exercise. My self-feeling is that my body is hot in winter and spring, and my body is slightly sweaty in spring and summer. In the long summer, there may be moderate sweating on the face, neck and back, and the upper part of the vest is wet because of the high outdoor temperature.
