Anti-rust paint works like a really rusty metal. The delicate texture restores the true color of iron, and the subtle concave-convex feeling is on the surface layer, forming the natural texture of real metal rust.
Very suitable for sculptures, models, handicrafts, background walls, local decoration and other positions.
The effect of rust has been widely used in bars, clubs, cafes, gyms and other outdoor places in recent years.
Specific construction steps of rust removal:
Step 1: Clean the foundation first, the surface is too smooth. It is recommended to grind rough with sandpaper before painting. Primer is easy to precipitate. Please stir well before use, dilute with 5% water, and spray or roll-coat the antirust primer once.
Step 2: If the primary primer can't cover the substrate, you can coat the primer again, and then spray or roll coat the rusty primer for the second time.
The third step; The antirust effect needs to start applying the catalyst (transparent blue reactant) when the antirust primer is 80% dry (that is, when the hand touches it, some rust will stick to the hand and most rust will remain on the substrate). The greater the amount of catalyst, the more obvious the corrosion effect. With the increase of catalyst dosage, the antirust paint will gradually change from black to yellow and red. Different tools, such as rollers and brushes, can be used to achieve different artistic effects. The patina effect needs to start coating the catalyst (transparent blue) within 5 minutes.
Step 4: Apply (white) protective agent, but in special areas where people flow heavily and need to be protected, antirust paint protective agent can be used for protection.
Handling and storage:
In order to avoid peeling after each use, please cover the lid tightly after each use. During storage, prevent exposure and freezing.
Storage temperature: 5-40 degrees.
Health and safety:
Avoid eye contact. Please wash your hands after use. Do not take it orally. Wear a mask when spraying or grinding.
