The reasons why the nucleic acid results are normal, but the health code does not turn green are as follows:
1. The green code cannot be displayed due to the delay in updating the health code. Please wait patiently and refresh the health code again to see the results.
2. If you are in red team, it is not enough to do only two nucleic acid tests, because red team is a confirmed case, a suspected case, an asymptomatic infected person, and a confirmed patient and an asymptomatic infected person who were cured after being discharged from hospital for less than 14 days at home or in centralized isolation medical observation, and their infection risk is high.
According to the provisions of epidemic prevention and control measures, people with red team need to be quarantined for 14 days, and more than four nucleic acid tests should be conducted within 14 days, and the interval between each nucleic acid test should be more than 24 hours. Only the red code with negative results can end the isolation and restore the green code, so the nucleic acid of the healthy code has not turned green twice, so it is recommended to do it more times.
