I can keep a proper weight and keep healthy. By being with friends, I can keep my body and mind happy. These things sound easy to do, but not many people can do them. I think a strong will is necessary if we want to stay healthy.

Health is the guarantee of one's happiness. Without a healthy body, a person can't do what he wants to do, let alone achieve his life goals. There are three ways to stay healthy. First, he pays attention to hygiene. Stay away from viruses, which means that one should wash hands, take a bath frequently and eat properly.
