1. Have confidence in yourself and hope for life. Whether you are a shoemaker, a primary school teacher or a housewife, you have basic confidence in yourself and like yourself and your family. Be satisfied with your abilities, experiences and achievements. I am very satisfied with what happened last year, what I did today, and hope and expectation for tomorrow. With such feelings and attitudes, it is the premise of mental health.

2, care about the family, like to have close people. No matter how busy you are, no matter where you go, you care about your home and hope to keep a happy family; Family members can be affectionate and interdependent, and they can regard home as the root of all feelings and sustenance. Put your heart on the feelings of your husband, wife and children. I like to make friends widely, cherish friendship and pay attention to the relationship between people.

3. Like your work and be satisfied with your achievements. If you are a worker, you like to go to work in the factory every day; If you are a housewife, you are happy to cook, wash clothes and raise children; If it is cleaning work, I am willing to sweep the road every day and do a good job in hygiene; If you are an engineer, you are interested in drawing, designing and planning projects. Only in this way can a person feel that he has done his work, that he is useful, that he is successful and that he is satisfied with his performance. Otherwise you will feel empty and at a loss, which will affect your confidence in yourself.
