What is positive psychology?

The so-called positive psychology is actually a revolution in the field of psychology, a new milestone in the history of human social development, a new science that studies what traditional psychology studies from a positive perspective, an extension and development of traditional psychology, and a new research direction of psychology.

Positive psychology

Positive psychology puts forward six virtues that people should possess: wisdom and knowledge, courage, justice, human kindness and love, self-cultivation and temperance, and spiritual transcendence.

It also puts forward 24 positive psychological qualities that people should have: curiosity, love of learning, creativity, open mind, wisdom and knowledge, unique perspective, courage, perseverance, authenticity, ability to love and be loved, kindness, generosity, fairness, spirit, leadership, moderation and modesty, self-control, caution, optimism, gratitude, appreciation of beauty and perfection, enthusiasm and humor.

These twenty-four mentalities correspond to six virtues respectively.
