Can crisp fruits and vegetables replace the nutrition of fresh vegetables?

Myth: Eating crispy fruits and vegetables equals eating vegetables.

Analysis: Busy life makes many people eat three meals hastily, especially the phenomenon of insufficient vegetable intake is very common. In view of this situation, crisp fruits and vegetables have gradually entered the public eye and won the favor of many office workers.

People think that eating crisp fruits and vegetables is equivalent to supplementing vegetables. After all, the raw materials are fruits and vegetables, which should belong to healthy food. But this is not the case. Some crisp fruits and vegetables not only lose more nutrition, but also have surprisingly high fat and calories, which are not healthy at all.

There are two common crisp fruit and vegetable techniques in the market, one is low-temperature vacuum frying, and the other is freeze-drying. The former is the most commonly bought and the price is cheaper than the latter. After frying in the processing, not only most of the water-soluble vitamins are lost, but also the fat and calories are high. Eating regularly will make people "round" day by day. If you use this crisp fruit and vegetable instead of vegetables, it will also increase the risk of malnutrition.

Compared with the former, the dried fruits and vegetables produced by freeze-drying process have better effects. No oil is used in the processing process, the calories and fat are very low, and vitamins and minerals can be retained to the greatest extent. Although it looks healthy, it is better to eat fresh vegetables. Similarly, eating dried fruit does not mean eating fruit.

In terms of eating vegetables, try to eat 300~500 grams of fresh vegetables every day, of which dark vegetables account for more than half.
