When I was a child, I always felt that my physique was not as good as that of cattle, but I was not weak either. I remember getting sick once. At that time, I couldn't eat anything, but I vomited everything I ate, which lasted for a week. The doctor advised me to pay attention to my diet in the future, so that I can nourish my stomach while I am still young.

I really started to keep fit when I was in college. This period is another low point of my physique. In order to improve my physique, I consulted a lot of materials on the Internet and in the library, compared myself and made a health plan for myself.

First, in terms of diet, it is mainly light, and eat more stomach-nourishing foods such as millet and pumpkin. As a girl, qi and blood are very important to us, so I also drink some porridge and tea containing red dates and longan to supplement qi and blood.

Second, drinking plenty of water and boiled water can promote the excretion of toxins. Drinking water is not thirsty, not even if you are thirsty. I always carry a cup with me and drink water in time. Now it has become a habit. In addition, I will also make some scented teas that benefit qi and blood, such as honeysuckle, wild chrysanthemum, cassia seed, red dates, longan and so on.

Third, keep exercising and improve immunity. As we all know, physical exercise is good for health and can promote blood circulation, but don't rush into it, which is not suitable for strenuous exercise and overwork. When you are tired, you should adjust your rest in time and stress the "dynamic and static coordination" of health care. Combined with my own experience, I prefer playing badminton. I basically play badminton for a while every week and pay attention to the guarantee of sleep. Basically, it can reach 8- 10 hours a day, and there is no problem with sleep.

I am trying to form healthy living habits and influence people around me. I think we should keep a healthy attitude, improve our physical fitness from eating, exercising, sleeping and other living habits, persevere, and persist in preventing it in a correct and healthy way. I believe that through my own efforts and the right way, my body will become healthy, and I hope all my friends around me will live a long and healthy life.
