The contents of occupational health examination are as follows:

4. After-service medical follow-up examination:

(1) If the exposed occupational hazards have chronic health effects or have a long incubation period, occupational diseases may still occur after separation, and medical follow-up examination is needed;

(2) pneumoconiosis patients need medical follow-up examination after leaving the post;

(3) The length of follow-up time should be determined according to the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of harmful factors, the length of time workers have been engaged in the operation, the concentration of harmful factors in the workplace and other factors.

5. Emergency inspection:

(1) When an acute occupational hazard accident occurs, workers who have suffered or may suffer from acute occupational hazards shall be organized for health examination in time. According to the test results and on-site occupational hygiene investigation, the hazard factors are determined, which provides the basis for first aid and treatment and controls the continuous spread and development of occupational hazards. Emergency health examination should be started immediately after the accident;

(2) Workers who are engaged in operations that may produce occupational infectious diseases and who are in close contact with the source of infection during or in the near future should conduct emergency health examination in time and monitor the epidemic situation at any time.

The administrative department of health shall strengthen the standardized management of occupational health examination, and the specific management measures shall be formulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council.
