Xiamen Shanhai Health Trail was officially opened to the public on New Year's Day this year. Healthy trails are mainly for running and fitness, and you can't ride a bike on the usual trails. Roller skates and other walking tools are not allowed. Please remember other prohibited items.

Gulangyu Scenic Area and Xiamen Shanhai Health Road reopened at 8: 00 on Friday, March 6, 2008, and the tourist route from Xiamen to Gulangyu resumed on the same day. During the epidemic prevention and control period, citizens and tourists must wear masks when entering the scenic spot, and they are not allowed to gather in the scenic spot to play cards, sing, dance, make tea and other activities such as gatherings and dinners.

Xiamen Health Trail is about 23 kilometers long, starting from the cruise terminal and ending at Guanyin Mountain Dream Beach. There are eight mountains and three waters along the route, including Yaodang Lake, Huwei Mountain, Xianyue Mountain, Yuanshan Mountain, Ling Xue, Hutou Mountain, Jinshan, Hubin Reservoir, Wuyuan Bay, Huzai Mountain and Guanyin Mountain. Healthy trails are connected in series with important ecological nodes in the north-central part of Xiamen Island, forming a mountain-sea pedestrian corridor that runs through the east-west direction of the whole island.

Xiamen Health Trail is only for pedestrians. Bicycles are allowed to pass, and all kinds of motor vehicles and mopeds are not allowed to enter the trail.

It is forbidden to use skateboards, skates, unicycles, balance cars, bicycles and other means of transportation;

Ladies wearing high heels suggest changing flat shoes and non-slip shoes to enter the trail.

It is forbidden to carry out equipment sports on the trail, and it is forbidden to carry out fast walking, "runaway" and other collective sports on the elevated trail.

1. This path is for pedestrians only. No other vehicles are allowed to pass except wheelchairs, baby carriages, emergency vehicles or necessary production tools for the disabled.

Citizens and tourists are asked not to smoke or light open flames on the path.
