How to define health? I think so, too. Individual differences cause people to have different understandings of health. I have stomach trouble myself. The doctor said not to drink porridge and eat less starchy food. He advised me to eat more foods rich in protein, such as meat and fish, so eating more meat is healthy for me.
Because of the eating habits of our ancestors and childhood, light food with less salt and less meat is healthy, which is deeply rooted, but it ignores individual differences. It is unhealthy for a person with goiter to tell him to eat less salt, and it is unhealthy for a person with stomach trouble to tell him to eat less meat and eat more porridge.
So is KFC healthy? Personally, when I worked at McDonald's, I never thought I had stomach trouble. Maybe it's because I eat meat every meal, but I left McDonald's after graduation, which is the normal meal time. But I found that these stomach diseases all appeared in the middle of the night, and then I remembered that I had them in high school. Later, because I ate more high-protein things at McDonald's, I didn't have stomach trouble, so I didn't have it.
Therefore, we should follow the individual differences of people and not generalize how unhealthy this thing is. For people who want to lose weight, high-protein things are really unhealthy for them, but they are healthy for people who want to gain weight.
