1. One week before the lecture, the International Liaison Department will contact relevant teachers and guests.

2. 2-3 days before the lecture, do a good job in publicity, including billboards and posters, so that as many students as possible can participate in this activity.

3. Arrange the meeting place 2 hours before the lecture.

4. Half an hour before the lecture starts, all cadres and members should be present and sign in strictly.
