Esophagus, liver, large intestine, stomach, cecum, spleen, rectum, pancreas, small intestine, anus
Four elements of health
1. The frequency is stable (defecation frequency = eating frequency)
2. Poopy (dry, moderate hardness)
3. Color (yellow and dark brown poop are the best)
4. Smell (no obvious smell)
Healthy poop
Shape: cylindrical
Hardness: just pinch it with a paper towel or a stool bag.
Health: a balanced diet, good digestion and healthy intestines.
Treatment: Continue to maintain the current feeding habits.
Mosaic poop
Shape: undigested things stick to poop.
Cause: indigestion, or food is not suitable for the dog's stomach.
Treatment: Adjust diet and reduce the intake of indigestible food.
Slender stool
Shape: thinner than ordinary poop
Cause: Intestinal stricture, intestinal obstruction caused by eating other things by mistake.
Treatment: Go to a doctor and take a film to check the intestinal condition before adjusting.
Spherical poop
Shape: It looks like a ball, and the stool is hard.
Health: Dogs are constipated and defecate less frequently.
Cause: Lack of diet or drinking water causes excessive internal heat.
Nursing: Drink plenty of water, eat some vegetables to supplement dietary fiber and promote intestinal peristalsis.
Muddy poop
Status: The stool is shapeless, chocolate or muddy.
Health: gastrointestinal mucosal injury, intestinal and digestive tract infection pathogens.
Treatment: fasting, water prohibition, anti-inflammatory, consider changing food and feeding after recovery.
watery stool
Status quo: Poop is dishonest and shit is like water.
Health: small/small, or eating bad things, gastrointestinal diseases.
Treatment: firstly, exclude canine coronary artery, then stop diarrhea, diminish inflammation and regulate intestinal rash.
Red poop
Condition: There is red blood in the stool.
Cause: Bright red indicates that the intestine is scratched or caused by parasites.
Treatment: Do not eat or drink, and seek medical advice.
Judging from the color.
Yellow/brown poop
The poop belongs to a healthy state, and the dog excretes 1-3 times a day on average, without obvious odor, and the poop solidifies and forms.
Green poop
Maybe it's eating too much grass and vegetables, or it's because there are parasites in the body that lead to colitis in dogs, or there is something wrong with liver function.
Gray poop
More common in dogs that eat too many animal bones and can't digest them, or intestinal obstruction caused by jaundice and stones.
Light brown poop
Light brown stools are often accompanied by soft stools, which may be caused by dogs catching cold, changing food and indigestion.
Red poop
Bone scratch on digestive tract and intestine is the main cause of bloody stool, or it is the manifestation of hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, or it may be jelly-like bloody stool caused by parasites, such as ascaris and trichomoniasis.
