250kg is 250KG=2.5KN The balcony is designed according to the live load of 2.5KN per square meter, and the current load remains unchanged. The fish tank is put aside, which is equivalent to a part of the fish tank resting on the lower beam of the board, and fish tanks are rarely put on the board.
According to the load code of building structure, the general live load of civil buildings is 2.0 kn/m 2, which is 200kg square live load. When calculating the bearing capacity of the floor, this load must be multiplied by a load subentry coefficient, which is generally 1.4. If your house is designed in strict accordance with the load code, there should be no problem.

Key points of balcony design:
Drainage treatment
In order to avoid indoor rainwater flooding, the balcony floor should be 30 ~ 60mm lower than the indoor floor, with a gentle slope in the drainage direction and a water retaining sill at the outer edge to guide the water into the rainwater pipe for discharge. Simple ones include burying galvanized steel pipes or plastic pipes at one or both ends of the balcony for direct drainage, and installing a rain cover at the top of the uppermost balcony.
Railings and handrails
For safety reasons, a railing or fence is set along the outside of the balcony, about 1 m high, made of wood, brick, reinforced concrete or metal, with handrails on it.
decorate
Balcony floor and decorative materials should have the performance of resisting atmospheric and rainwater erosion and preventing pollution. Brick and reinforced concrete balcony surfaces can be plastered, or paved with cylindrical bricks, plastic plates and inlaid with marble and metal plates. The outer edge of the balcony bottom can be plastered with lime mortar within the range of 80 ~ 100 mm, and dripping water can be added. Wooden handrails should be painted for corrosion protection, and metal components and fittings should be rusted.
