How to improve teachers' mental health.
The occurrence of these extreme phenomena cannot but arouse people's concern about teachers' mental health. Based on my own understanding of these aspects, I talk about how to improve teachers' mental health. I. Accepting teachers' status happily and loving teachers' work Only when teachers admit their professional status ideologically and demand themselves according to teachers' standards can they be full of confidence and love for teachers' work and show noble moral behavior in teaching work. Teachers should have the basic moral quality of "loving the whole world". I should have the mentality of "I like my choice", love my students, and truly "love my post and be dedicated to teaching and educating people". Second, establish a feasible short-term goal at work. Teachers should set a short-term goal for themselves, find what they are fully capable of doing well, and then achieve the goal and do well. In this way, his mood will be relaxed and natural, he will have confidence in doing things, and he will feel more creative and effective when he works. In fact, when we don't pursue Excellence, but just want to perform well, we will achieve the best results unexpectedly. The benefits of realistic goals are not only that, but also provide teachers with a new starting point and help them win the laurels in their careers step by step. Third, cultivate a good mental state. Teachers gradually form a positive and optimistic mental state in their work, which is the most basic and important condition for teachers to eliminate work pressure. 1, forming a correct cognitive evaluation Cognitive evaluation is an important intermediary variable in the process of occupational stress. Faced with the pressure brought by the same event, different individuals will feel different pressures. One of the most important reasons is the difference in cognitive evaluation. Therefore, teachers should form a good cognitive evaluation. (1) Keep tearing off negative self-labels, such as "I can't do it", "I'm old", "I'm out of my mind", "Everyone doesn't like me" and "I'm hopeless for promotion". (2) Learn to get rid of unreasonable ideas, including "I must do everything well in my work", "I must let the leaders have a good impression on me" and "I must rank in the top three in my grade". (3) Learn to understand and evaluate things dialectically. Admit your own shortcomings and see your own advantages at the same time, the teacher's psychology will be balanced and the corresponding pressure will be reduced. In a word, it is easy to make people full of confidence and full of emotions by looking at problems dialectically. If we see that the implementation of the teacher appointment system is conducive to mobilizing teachers' enthusiasm and is the inevitable development of education, teachers will not have unnecessary tension and pressure. Fourth, keep a good attitude 1, and be normal. Psychological imbalance stems from comparison and difference. For example, compare your own efforts and gains; Compare your own treatment with others'; Compare yourself with colleagues and friends around you. Due to blind comparison, individual teachers' psychology is often balanced, and after a long time, they are prone to disgust, suffocation and irritability. As the saying goes, people are more angry than people. In an era full of competition and challenges, success or failure, gains or losses, one after another, is a common occurrence, which requires us to have a normal heart, sometimes to stand higher and see farther; Sometimes you have to take a step back; Sometimes you have to learn to give up. Only by maintaining psychological balance and freedom can we realize the happiness of life. 2. Communicate more and talk more. Reducing occupational stress is a process of action, such as reading more books on emotional regulation and turning knowledge into ability; Communicate with people more and have a heart-to-heart talk, which can not only draw closer relations and establish friendship, but also appreciate the fun of communication; Treating external changes with an open mind and keeping yourself dynamic are conducive to maintaining a young, happy and energetic heart. 3. Learn to appreciate yourself. Accept yourself, appreciate yourself, like yourself, and accept your strengths and weaknesses. As a teacher, only by appreciating oneself can we have confidence, smile from the heart, face students better and succeed continuously. 4. Increase the experience of a happy life and cultivate a sense of humor. Everyone's life contains life experiences of joys and sorrows. Teachers should recall more positive and happy life experiences, which will help to reduce professional pressure. Humor is a special emotional expression. People who don't know how to joke are hopeless. When people laugh, the heart, lungs and other internal organs get short-term exercise and enhance the body's immunity. Therefore, everyone in life should learn humor. More sense of humor, less flustered, less paranoid and extreme. 5. Vent our life appropriately and reasonably. In the real society, we encounter some boring and unpleasant things every day. This will cause you a lot of mental stress. If this kind of pressure is too great, people can't keep psychological balance, which will inevitably affect their physical and mental health and even lead to neuropathy. Find someone you can trust and spit out all the grievances, dissatisfaction, unhappiness, troubles and resentment in your heart. People can eliminate injustice and dissatisfaction in their hearts by pouring out and complaining. It can eliminate mental fatigue and make people relaxed and happy. If you can't find someone to vent, you'd better keep a diary. For example, it's really irritating that the leader doesn't take me seriously ... I will feel much better after writing this. If it's too much trouble to keep a diary, you can say whatever you want against the wall alone, and vent enough. 6, anger suppression-first train yourself not to be angry, learn to say "it doesn't matter." Imagine your previous anger and say "it doesn't matter" to yourself with mirroring skills. Second, if something goes wrong, after misunderstanding, take a psychological relaxation way and say "a piece of cake" to yourself. Learn to give yourself "soothing pills". Third, try to delay the time of getting angry. Every time you delay a few seconds more than the last time, you can control yourself over time. You can rotate your tongue in your mouth. Generally, passion takes 20 minutes. Silence method. The famous essayist Zhu Ziqing said: "Silence is the safest defense strategy." There is an old saying: "Be patient and calm; Take a step back. " Please remember this old adage. Fourth, when you are angry, remind yourself that everyone has the right to act according to their own choices. Fifth, ask people you trust to help you and let them remind you when they see you angry. Sixth, love yourself and remind yourself that even if others do badly, anger will hurt your body first. V. Improving interpersonal relationship in education The interpersonal relationship in education is mainly the relationship between teachers and students, teachers and teachers, and teachers and leaders. This interpersonal relationship constitutes a special environment for teachers to work and live. Teachers with a high level of mental health are good at actively improving normal interpersonal relationships with students, colleagues and leaders, eliminating barriers, understanding each other and shortening psychological distance. Taking a tolerant attitude towards others, looking at others' strengths, seeking common ground while reserving differences, and understanding various phenomena in the objective environment from the good side are effective ways to improve educational interpersonal relationships. In relaxed interpersonal relationships, you can better maintain a healthy mental state.
