What is Article 6 of the National Student Physical Health Standard?

(6) The sum of the scores of various evaluation indicators in this standard is the final score of this standard, with a full score of 100. According to the final score, the rating is: above 90 points is excellent, 75-89 points are good, 60-74 points are passed, and below 59 points are failed. Students' physical health standards are evaluated once every academic year, and recorded in the National Student Physical Health Standards Registration Card according to the evaluation grade (see attached table 1-5). When students graduate, the scores and grades of "Physical Fitness and Health Standards" are assessed according to the sum of the annual scores of graduation and the average scores of other academic years, each accounting for 50%. Students who are exempted from the implementation of this standard due to illness or disability should fill in the exemption form.
