Ups health management function
IDC computer room maintenance system 1. Overview of infrastructure management is mainly the inspection, monitoring, maintenance and operation of various infrastructure equipment. This system has formulated the specific methods and related requirements of the above contents. The goal of this system is to ensure the normal, safe and sustainable operation of the infrastructure and equipment in the computer room, standardize the daily operation management, effectively monitor the operation of equipment, and ensure the normal use environment of the computer room. This system is applicable to all posts related to infrastructure. Second, the maintenance function division machine room attendant is responsible for the daily inspection work, and records it in the system after the inspection. The maintenance work shall be carried out by professional service personnel, and the maintenance record shall be filled in in time after the maintenance, and signed by the person in charge of the operation and maintenance post of the computer room for confirmation. In principle, the maintenance of UPS and precision air conditioning should be carried out by professional equipment engineers. Three. Power supply and distribution system Power supply and distribution system refers to a power network system which consists of various power distribution equipment (or components) and power distribution facilities and directly distributes electric energy to end users. It is the floorboard of low-voltage distribution cabinet and UPS system. 3. 1 daily inspection contents The daily inspection contents of the power supply and distribution system include: (1) ambient temperature and cleanliness, and pay attention to whether there is any peculiar smell or abnormal sound; (2) Check that the instrument display of each switch should be normal; (3) Check the status of each switch to ensure its correctness; (4) Check whether the switch has abnormal sound and deformation; 3.2 patrol inspection frequency once a day. 3.3 Maintenance 3.3. 1 year maintenance belongs to preventive maintenance, which should be carried out by power failure. A) Complete the quarterly maintenance of the equipment. B) Clean the internal and external hygiene of power transformation and distribution equipment. C) Check whether the operating mechanism of electrical components is flexible, and there should be no jamming or excessive operating force. D) Check whether the on-off of main and auxiliary contacts of main electrical appliances is reliable. E) Check whether the connection, insulation support, installation parts and other accessories of each busbar are firm and reliable. 3.4 Precautions for Patrol Inspection (1) During patrol inspection, all safety operation systems must be strictly observed. (2) It is forbidden to carry metal items such as watches and bracelets during inspection. (3) Check with walkie-talkie equipment to keep the communication unblocked. (4) The inspection shall be carried out by two people, who shall report to the person in charge of the operation and maintenance post of the computer room after the inspection is completed. (5) The inspection must strictly abide by the access control regulations and can only be carried out in the authorized area. (6) When the facilities or equipment are found to be abnormal during the inspection, they should immediately report to the person in charge of the machine room operation and maintenance post, and deal with it according to the arrangement of the person in charge of the machine room operation and maintenance post, and assist the person in charge of the machine room operation and maintenance post or relevant personnel to fill in relevant reports. 4.UPS system UPS (Uninterruptib 1 power supply) means "uninterrupted power supply", which is a constant voltage and constant frequency AC power supply equipment with energy storage devices (usually batteries) and inverters as the main components. 4. 1 Daily inspection of UPS (1) Check the sanitary environment, temperature and humidity; (2) Check the operation status of UPS and record all kinds of operation data, including voltage, current, frequency, power and load rate. (3) Observe whether the UPS fan has abnormal sound and normal operation; (4) Observe whether there is abnormal sound or vibration inside the UPS host; (5) Observe the status of incoming and outgoing line switches of UPS input and output cabinets (the inspection items are the same as those of ordinary switchgear); (6) Observe whether there is obvious expansion, leakage or crack on the battery appearance; (7) The daily inspection shall be conducted by the personnel on duty, and the inspection shall be recorded in the Daily Inspection Record; 4.2 Check frequency once a day. 4.3 Maintenance of UPS equipment 4.3. 1 Quarterly maintenance (mainly discharge test) A) In addition to monthly maintenance items, UPS batteries should also be discharged. B) The battery pack shall be discharged to 60~70% of the rated capacity, and the standby time when fully charged after discharge shall be recorded. C) Two UPS with the same load are not allowed to discharge at the same time, and the discharge test interval should be more than 48 hours. D) dust the whole UPS equipment. E) The inspection engineer shall fill in the UPS system maintenance record. 4.3.2 Annual inspection and maintenance (mainly electrical part fastening operation) a) In addition to quarterly inspection of UPS, the whole UPS equipment should be fastened. B) Contact the UPS manufacturer, check the internal parameters of UPS, and check and test the internal equipment. C) The annual inspection operation must be shut down, and the UPS should be discharged after shutdown. D) Because the bypass is still partially charged, the charged part should be clearly marked to warn the maintenance personnel. E) The person in charge of inspection shall fill in the UPS system maintenance record. V. precision air conditioning System Room precision air conditioning is a special air conditioner designed for modern electronic equipment room, with high working accuracy and reliability. 5. 1 Daily inspection content (1) Check the temperature and humidity of the return air in the machine room; (2) Check whether the air conditioner has abnormal sound; 5.2 The frequency of daily inspection is once a day. 5.3 Maintenance 5.3. 1 quarterly maintenance a) All maintenance items for daily maintenance. B) Wipe the housing of the device. (Do not use strong corrosive substances or chemicals, but use neutral detergent to clean gauze to wipe) c) Check whether the outdoor fan is locked, damaged and operating normally, and remove dust (65438+ 0 times a month in summer, weekly inspection). D) Clean the air filter (don't wait for the alarm to sound before replacing the air filter, but replace it regularly according to the air quality of the computer room). E) Check whether there is oil stain on each interface on the refrigeration pipeline. If there is oil stain on the threaded joint, tighten it with a wrench. F) Check the high and low pressure parameters of the compressor, and supplement or release the refrigerant according to the inspection. G) If there is a standby power supply, check whether the phase sequence of the power supply is consistent with the mains supply before use. H) The equipment professional engineer shall conduct a comprehensive health check on the air conditioner and submit the inspection report. I) The inspection engineer shall fill in the Air Conditioning Maintenance Record Form as required. Annual maintenance. A) All maintenance items shall be maintained quarterly. B) Check whether all electrical terminals are loose. C) Check whether the actions of high-voltage controller and high-voltage switch are good. D) The inspection engineer shall fill in the Air Conditioning Maintenance Record Form as required. The automatic fire alarm system of intransitive verb fire extinguishing system is a fire alarm system composed of trigger device, fire alarm device, fire alarm device and devices with other auxiliary functions. General automatic fire alarm system is linked with automatic fire extinguishing system, smoke control system, ventilation system, air conditioning system, fire door and other related equipment, and automatically or manually issues instructions to start the corresponding equipment. 6. 1 patrol inspection contents 6. 1. 1 Fire extinguishing system (1) The gas fire extinguishing system needs to be patrolled daily to see if there are any abnormal conditions such as fire alarm, equipment fault alarm and unprocessed events.
