3. People in low-risk areas
People in low-risk areas have no epidemic prevention regulations at present, and those who return to Shanghai will pass in an orderly manner with health code, green code, travel code and temperature measurement. (Teachers, students and employees returning to Shanghai from prefecture-level cities (non-medium-high-risk areas and counties, districts and cities where they are located) need to be tested for 1 COVID-19 nucleic acid. )
