How to apply for a rock climbing permit?

The process of handling the climbing permit is as follows:

1. Relevant personnel engaged in special operations must undergo systematic safety technical training and pass the examination;

2. Relevant physical examination must be conducted before handling, and the physical examination form must be a medical examination form uniformly printed by the Safety Production Supervision Bureau received by the training institution or a medical examination form of a community or hospital at or above the county level;

3. The climbing license is managed and issued by the Safety Supervision Bureau. It is reviewed every three years and needs to be updated every six years.

Climbing operations can be divided into the following categories:

1, edge operation. Edge operation refers to aerial work at the construction site when there is no fence at the edge of the working face or the fence height is less than 80 cm.

2. Climbing operation. Climbing refers to aerial work under climbing conditions with the help of climbing facilities on building structures or scaffolding, or with the help of climbing facilities such as ladders.

3. Cross homework. Cross operation refers to the aerial work at different heights at the construction site at the same time in the state of space penetration.

4. Open the operation. Hole operation refers to the operation beside the hole and the operation inside the hole. Generally, holes with short sides less than 25 cm on horizontal ground, roof and platform are called holes, and holes with short sides equal to or greater than 25 cm are called holes.

5. Pause the operation. Suspension of operation refers to aerial work in the state of surrounding airports.

The working height classification is as follows:

1, when the working height is 2-5 meters, it is called first-class aerial work;

2. When the working height is 5- 15m, it is called secondary aerial work;

3. When the working height is15-30m, it is called three-level aerial work;

4. When the working height exceeds 30m, it is called superelevation operation.

Units producing and using special equipment (hereinafter referred to as using units) shall employ (employ) personnel who have obtained the certificate of special equipment operators to engage in relevant management and operations, and strictly manage the operators.

Operators of special equipment shall hold relevant certificates, operate according to regulations, and handle or report hidden dangers in time.
