Mental health education is the most important link in world education. Mental health education is not only vital to the individual development now, but also plays a fundamental role in the future and even the development of life. We should all realize the importance of mental health education and that psychological quality is an important part of talent quality.

Chapter III: Mental Health Mental health is a hot topic today. With the continuous progress of society, people not only pay attention to their own physical health, but also pay attention to the improvement of their psychological quality. Having a healthy mind and enjoying a happy life is the goal pursued by contemporary people. Especially for us teenagers, it is very important to have a healthy psychology.

Now we have too much ignorance and too much rebellion. The so-called "non-mainstream" information on the internet has become the object of our imitation. Those so-called decadence and helplessness have evolved into our attitude towards reality. A little setback is not to think about how to overcome it, but to vent blindly and even self-harm. We are like hedgehogs in adolescence. Careless will stab those adults who care about us and want to help us. It exists in gratitude after helping others, in deep affection after sharing joys and sorrows, in the lingering fragrance after giving roses, in the nagging of parents before going out every day, in the steaming meals at home every day, in the hearty laughter of fathers, in the nagging of mothers, in the unremitting efforts of teachers and in the warm companionship of classmates in life. Forgiveness is a virtue and the key to cultivate healthy psychology. There are many unpleasant things in life. If you can't help blaming everything and being sad, how can you find the beauty of life?

Don't use youth and ignorance as an excuse. We are young, but who is ignorant? The sages have read all the books more or less. Wouldn't it be better if we could work hard to overcome setbacks and seek solutions? If parents start nagging, we can control our nameless fire and care about each other. Would that be better? If students have different opinions and disputes because of trivial matters, we can calm down and take a step back. Would that be better? There is not only one solution to many things. To cultivate healthy psychology, we should start with the little things in life. Try to forgive people around you for their careless mistakes. Don't feel that you must be hurt. Correct your mentality, resentment is not suitable for anyone. Less anger, more smile. You will find that your life has always been so beautiful. Even if it rains occasionally, the sun will always appear, and the smile is full of youthful prosperity.

In fact, life has never given up on anyone, but some people complain too much, bring too much burden to their own life journey and fall behind, and miss a train called luck.
