Compilation method of fishing net
First, the knot rope method
This is the traditional way to make fishing nets. Fishing nets are made of warp and weft in shuttles. The size of the nodule is four times the diameter of the net rope, protruding out of the net plane. This kind of net is called netting. Nodules collide with the fish and the ship's rail when pulling the net, which not only hurts the fish, but also wears the net. Because chemical fiber is smooth and elastic, it is easy to cause problems such as loose nodules and uneven mesh.
Second, the torsion method
Two groups of yarns are twisted by the machine at the same time and cross each other at the joint to form a net. This net is called a kink net. Because the yarn at the node of the net is not bent and the net coat is flat, the friction is reduced, but the twisting machine has low efficiency, complex preparation process and limited transverse mesh, and is only suitable for weaving nets with large mesh.
Third, warp knitting method
Usually, 4-8 bar Raschel warp knitting machine is used to connect the warp yarns into a net, which is called netless warp knitting. Due to the high speed of the warp knitting machine (600 revolutions per minute), the width of the woven net can reach more than 800 meshes in the transverse direction, the specification is convenient to change, and the production efficiency is several times higher than that of the previous two methods.
Warp-knitted mesh is flat, wear-resistant, light in weight, stable in structure and high in joint strength, and it will not deform or loosen after being damaged. It can be widely used for special purposes such as marine fishing, freshwater fishing and aquaculture.
