How to treat students' unhealthy psychology

1. Conduct psychological investigation regularly. The survey can be written questionnaire survey or oral forum, which can find out the common mental health problems among students. For example, not long ago, 62 students in this class made a mental health questionnaire: 365,438+0 students "often give up halfway", 28 students "often feel that their intelligence is not as good as others", and 25 students "always feel that everything is not what they want", which reflects that students generally have psychological problems such as emotional instability, lack of confidence in themselves and pessimism.

2. Always talk to each other. When teachers and students sit down and talk face to face, they can deeply understand students' psychological characteristics and needs, so as to find out the special psychological problems of individual students. For example, when chatting with a female classmate, she told me that she was very sad and felt sorry for her classmate, and she shed tears as she spoke. Further conversation revealed that it was because she "memorized" English words when she came to the stage in a learning competition with a group a month ago, which led to the group losing the first place. From this, I found that she has the psychological problem of "always worrying about something that is not shameful for a long time".

3. Capture accidental events. The work of a class teacher often has to deal with a lot of accidents. A thoughtful class teacher should have the eye of "seeing the essence through the phenomenon" to dig out the psychological problems hidden behind the incident. For example, one morning, several classmates stood in front of me and said that they were hiding in the dormitory to play poker. When the life teacher found out, he bowed his head and waited for criticism. After understanding the whole story, I found that some of them knowingly committed crimes because of their serious fluky psychology, which eventually led to the consequences of violating discipline. Another example: a classmate wrote in his weekly diary: "There is an activity of reciting foreign languages in the class this week, and everyone is very happy, but I know nothing more than that we don't like reciting." In just a few words, I regard the regular learning contest as a moving activity, and I always feel that teachers and classmates are deliberately finding fault with him. From this, I also realized the fundamental reason why he didn't get along well with his classmates and several teachers around him: he was sensitive and extreme, so that he put himself on the opposite side of others to isolate himself and be hostile to others.
