What are the scope of Jinan health certificate?

Legal analysis: personnel engaged in the production and operation of food and drinking water, cosmetics producers, and personnel who directly serve customers in public places. Anyone suffering from dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis and other digestive tract infectious diseases (except pathogen carriers), active tuberculosis, suppurative or exudative skin diseases and other diseases that hinder food hygiene and public health shall not engage in direct contact with people's food or directly serve customers before being cured.

Legal basis: Article 6 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases. The health administrative department of the State Council is in charge of the prevention and control of infectious diseases and its supervision and management. The health administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and their supervision and management within their respective administrative areas.

Other departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases within their respective functions and duties.

The prevention and control of infectious diseases in the army shall be handled in accordance with this Law and the relevant provisions of the state, and shall be supervised and managed by the competent health department of the People's Liberation Army of China.
