Small workshops similar to inferior bulk oil should be resolutely banned. Consumers should eat edible oil produced by regular manufacturers and meet the relevant national hygiene standards, and try to buy it in big supermarkets.
It is not the bulk oil squeezed by farmers that is authentic, because the directly squeezed rapeseed oil has substances harmful to human health, such as aflatoxin, which is not suitable for direct cooking. After scientific processing and refining, crude oil is degummed, deacidified and deodorized.
Refined edible oil is rich in highly unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins, which is healthier and more nutritious for consumers.
Of course, consumers should also cultivate scientific and rational consumption consciousness, improve their discriminating ability, and learn more about edible oil knowledge, such as the nutritional composition, grade, type and quality of oil, and how to distinguish between buying and selling.
