Individuals who cannot apply for a health travel code due to identity and other reasons can call the health hotline 12320 to confirm their personal identity information before applying.
Persons who do not meet the application conditions
Six groups of people below the health travel code in Gansu Province do not meet the application conditions, namely, confirmed cases that have not been cured, suspected cases that have not been ruled out, close contacts who have not been released from medical observation, medical observers who have not been released from home isolation, people who have not been discharged from hospital for 14 days, and people who have fever and cough within 14 days.
Others can apply online in real time. The health ride code is the health certificate of people who go out to take public transport such as long-distance buses, trains, planes, etc., which only represents the health status of the applicant before applying for the code, that is, they can apply immediately.
