In order to ensure the health and safety of tourists, the park strictly follows the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control in Harbin, and implements "limited, reserved, peak-shifting and one meter" admission, and cooperates with the park for code scanning, temperature measurement and big data verification.
Visitors need to make an appointment to enter the park, which is divided into three wrong time periods: 10:30- 14:00, 14:00- 17:00, 17:00-20:00. The maximum current limit for each time period is 465438.

This garden party is very interactive. By providing free ice cubes for sculpture, organizing family ice sculpture competitions and providing professional sculpture counseling, citizens and tourists can enjoy the natural taste of ice and snow.
In the northwest lawn square of the park, at the foot of the East and West Mountains, there is an ice entertainment experience area. At the foot of Dongshan Mountain, there is an interesting cartoon tiger sliding slide in Hanoi, and at the foot of Xishan Mountain, there is a large skating rink where citizens can participate for free. There is an interesting maze on the lawn square in the northwest corner of the park, surrounded by four groups of interesting snow sculpture.
At the same time, the snow dolls in the forest reproduce the colorful world of childlike interest. The 4th1National Professional Ice Sculpture Competition, the 3rd National Famous Art College Ice Sculpture Competition and the Heilongjiang Famous Ice Sculpture Invitational Exhibition will be held one after another.
This garden party will also organize free ice and snow culture lecture hall, indoor and outdoor ice sculpture skills training, ice art creation and other ice and snow art activities to popularize Harbin ice and snow culture and appreciate the charm of ice and snow art to the citizens and students.
