According to the Notice of Jinhua Municipal Health and Wellness Committee on Doing a Good Job in the Practical Ability Examination for Senior Health Technicians in 2022 (JH [2022] No.8), the relevant work of the practical ability examination for senior health technicians in our city in 2022 is hereby notified as follows:
First, the test object.
According to the Guiding Opinions of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, National Health and Wellness Commission and state administration of traditional chinese medicine on Deepening the Reform of Professional Title System of Health Professionals (No.5/KLOC-0 of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security), all health professionals who meet the prescribed academic qualifications and qualifications can sign up for the examination. All units are requested to carry out policy propaganda according to the policy of combining evaluation with employment, make rational use of vacant posts, and guide health technicians to register in a planned way. Applicants should choose the corresponding major strictly according to the access requirements of health technicians, the professional work they are engaged in and the next level of professional and technical qualifications, and may not choose or change the declared major at will. Medical and nursing majors should meet the qualifications of practicing doctors and practicing nurses and the corresponding registration requirements.
Second, the examination registration
1, online forecast name. From April 20th to May 20th, applicants will log on to the column of China Health Talent Network (www.2 1wecan.com) for online name prediction, fill in personal registration information online according to the registration instructions, print the Registration Form for the 2022 Health Advanced Professional and Technical Qualification Examination, and sign it after I check it.
2. On-site confirmation. From May 16 to May 20, all units will review the materials of their applicants as required, and all units will go to Room 406 of Yiwu Municipal Health Bureau to complete the on-site confirmation of registration qualification.
Candidates are required to provide the following documents and materials for on-site registration confirmation:
(1) Registration Form for 2022 Health Advanced Professional and Technical Qualification Examination;
(2) The original and photocopy of my valid identity certificate;
(3) The original and photocopy of graduation certificate or degree certificate;
(4) the electronic registration form or other supporting materials of the academic certificate of the Ministry of Education;
(5) Original and photocopy of professional and technical qualification certificate, post certificate or current technical post certificate;
(6) Clinical, oral, traditional Chinese medicine, public health and nursing majors must provide the original and photocopy of the practice registration certificate or electronic registration certificate;
Copies of the above materials shall be checked by the unit with the original, signed with the words "checked correctly", stamped with the official seal of the personnel department of the unit, signed by the manager and the signing time.
3. Examination fees. After the examinee completes the on-site confirmation, he/she will log in to the registration system with his/her personal account number and password in "China Health Talent Network" for online payment. The starting and ending time of payment is from 2 1 to May 27, 2022. Those who fail to pay after the deadline will be deemed to have given up registration.
According to the spirit of the documents of the Provincial Department of Finance, the Provincial Price Bureau "Notice on Relevant Issues Concerning the Charging of Examination Fees for Advanced Health Professional and Technical Qualifications" (Zhejiang Caizong [20 16] 13) and the Provincial Price Bureau "Reply of the Provincial Department of Finance on Approving the Charging Standards for Computer Examination of Health Qualifications" (Zhejiang Jiafei [20 16]70)
Third, the admission ticket is printed. From June 27th to July 3rd, applicants will log on to China Health Talent Network (www.2 1wecan.com) and print the admission ticket by themselves. Candidates take the exam at the time and place specified in the admission ticket.
Fourth, the examination time and method. The examination time is July 2-3, and the specific examination time of each major is subject to the admission ticket. The examination is conducted by man-machine dialogue, and the examination time is 2 hours.
Fifth, query results. One month after the end of the exam, applicants can log on to China Health Talent Network with their ID number and admission ticket number to inquire about the exam results, or log on to the website of Zhejiang Medical Service Management Evaluation Center (www.zjyxjl.org.cn) to inquire and download the transcripts in the column of "Examination Results Inquiry".
Sixth, performance review. According to the "Regulations on Examination Management of Health Professional and Technical Qualification Examination" (Health Examination Office Letter [20 15] 1No.), the examination questions are objective questions, which are graded by the computer in a unified way, and applications for grade evaluation are not accepted.
