What is the dynamic-static relationship of TCM?
Traditional Chinese medicine pays attention to dynamic and static balance. As the saying goes, "I am tired and tireless." In other words, people should take part in labor and sports, but they need to master a "degree" according to everyone's personal situation. This is a scientific dialectical argument that "everyone is suitable", because taking part in labor or sports can not only exercise bones and muscles and keep fit, but also lead to physical fatigue, illness, health hazards and losses due to excessive and unrestricted labor and excessive exercise. Therefore, the combination of work and rest is good for health, which is what Chinese medicine calls "dynamic and static balance".
