China Family Planning and Obstetrics and Gynecology Department was established in 1982. It is a periodical headed by People's Republic of China (PRC) National Health and Wellness Committee, sponsored by Chinese Medical Doctor Association and Sichuan Institute of Health Policy and Medical Information, and co-sponsored by Sichuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital and Sichuan Women and Children Hospital (Sichuan Institute of Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning).
2. Journal of Practical Obstetrics and Gynecology was founded in 1985. It is a professional journal of obstetrics and gynecology at home and abroad, which is headed by Sichuan Health and Family Planning Commission and sponsored by Sichuan Medical Association.
