In order to further strengthen the implementation of the "white list" management system for truck drivers in Xinhui District and truck drivers who arrive in Xinhui District from Jiangmen City, and prevent the epidemic from spreading through road transportation channels, truck drivers in the "white list" can perform transportation tasks in Xinhui District from the date of announcement. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
First, take the initiative to report and form a "white list"
Units and individuals that have cargo transportation business in Xinhui area should report the name, ID number, mobile phone number and other information of freight drivers who only carry out transportation business in Jiangmen city to the town.
For truck drivers who arrive at Xinhui from outside Jiangmen, the logistics park, industrial zone, large wholesale market or the owner's unit will report the driver's name, ID number, mobile phone number, goods departure place, receiving enterprise and other information to the local town 24 hours in advance.
After collecting the above list, towns should form a "white list" of qualified drivers.
Second, the "white list" personnel requirements
Drivers living in Xinhui must meet the following conditions:
1. During the epidemic, drivers must live in the administrative area of our city and carry out point-to-point transportation;
2. The driver's health code and boarding card shall not be abnormal;
3. If you need to carry out transportation tasks outside Jiangmen, you must return to Xinhui with a negative result of nucleic acid test within 48 hours in Guangdong;
4. Complete vaccination of COVID-19 vaccine has been completed.
A truck driver who arrives at Xinhui from outside Jiangmen City shall meet the following conditions:
1. The driver must hold the green code of health code;
2. You must have a negative nucleic acid test result within 48 hours in Guangdong; After the new meeting, the nucleic acid test will be "3 days and 2 tests", and if there is a bus pass, the nucleic acid test will be "7 days and 3 tests";
3. travel itinerary shows that there is no foreign residence history within 14 days, and there is no domestic residence history in high-risk areas;
4. Complete vaccination of COVID-19 vaccine has been completed.
Three. Access requirements
Freight drivers operating in Xinhui District must meet the following requirements:
Implement the requirement of "do two things well, avoid one, and be timely". Do a good job: do a good job in health monitoring every day and register yourself, and go to the nucleic acid testing point for nucleic acid testing as required; Take personal epidemic prevention measures when going out, wear masks, and have protective equipment and personal disinfection supplies on board. Avoidance: in principle, do not take public transportation such as buses and taxis, do not enter public closed places, and avoid attending gatherings, dinners and other crowd gathering activities. First, timely: once there are abnormal situations such as fever, cough and hypoesthesia, go to the hospital fever clinic for investigation in time;
Adhere to point-to-point operation and "two points and one line" management. Entering logistics parks, industrial zones, large wholesale markets or consignors' units, you must scan the code for registration, and avoid closed control zones and control zones except for special tasks;
Implement vehicle disinfection and registration at least once a day;
Those who leave Jiangmen to perform tasks must avoid high-risk areas, and enterprises or individuals should report to their towns;
Receiving enterprises should urge truck drivers outside Jiangmen to implement 48-hour nucleic acid testing in Guangdong. If it has not been detected for more than 48 hours, it shall not pass through the area;
Outside Jiangmen, freight vehicles will be loaded, unloaded and parked in different regions.
Drivers of freight vehicles who violate the requirements of this circular will be removed from the "white list" and may not perform transportation tasks in Xinhui District.
