Understanding of children's health

At first, the original intention of my self-study of children's psychology was to learn more about the development law of children's psychology, understand the demands expressed by their usual behaviors, find a more suitable way to get along with them, learn more scientific and positive methods to guide children's behavior habits, and tell them how to get in touch with other children and society, how to solve problems when they meet, and so on. Because, personally, I feel that as parents of post-80s and post-90s, due to their growing environment, the lack of relevant psychological guidance and the influence of their family background, the difficulties they encountered in the process of growing up have caused some personality defects (which individuals have realized) or the negative impact on their children caused by the spread of bad information on modern social networks. Then parents hope that their next generation can solve the problems they have faced more calmly and actively, and hope that their children's personality will develop more healthily and soundly. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the characteristics of children's psychological development, so as to find the law of its development and find appropriate methods to guide it.

Sometimes I really feel that people are quite strange and have two sides. On the one hand, I hope that children can be independent, learn to get along with other children, eat and sleep independently, but at the same time I am worried that children will be too early and too independent, and they will not be particularly dependent on their parents when they are very young; On the other hand, if children are not independent enough and are worried that they don't know how to protect themselves outside, they won't learn to get along with children better. Therefore, it is also necessary to understand relevant knowledge, so as to scientifically guide children to grow up healthily and happily.

At the beginning of my contact with the book "Psychology of Child Development", it was still difficult for a layman like me who had no relevant professional background to understand. Because this book is too theoretical, and for newcomers, it may be easier to understand, so it won't be difficult to read. This book is just the opposite, so at first, when I started reading every night, I forced myself to pick up the book and read it carefully. I persisted for two weeks, and when I picked up this book again, I was very calm, because I initially understood the law of this book in introducing children's psychology.
