Views of people in different fields on wealth, health and happiness.

I don't know how to define your different fields.

If you ask me, these three are indispensable and complement each other.

Without health, the whole person is ruined. If you die directly, wealth will become an inheritance, and happiness will be nowhere to be found.

Unhappiness will affect people's health.

Without wealth, most people who have been poor together will not be healthy and happy.

Don't you think there are many healthy and happy people among the poor? Like Brazil, where the poor are singing and dancing all day, they are as strong as cattle.

They are also poor, and the pressure is much less than ours. They don't have to worry about buying a house, educating their children and providing medical care. They are pleasant. There should be no quality problems in their air, water and food, right?

So, how much wealth is enough? What is the definition of health? How happy?

My understanding is that money is enough to maintain normal food, clothing, housing and interpersonal relationships, and it is best to have a little surplus to deal with emergencies. It's best to sponsor one or two children from poor mountainous areas to go to school.

Health means that the body is in a normal state, full of energy, can eat, sleep and play, and has few diseases. The basis of all this is: adequate sleep+balanced nutrition+good attitude+happy mood+moderate exercise.

Happiness means being satisfied with the past, the present and the future. Worry-free, confident, kind, generous and calm.
