Fourth, about fire coming from water.

Mercury is going to fly, just think about it, so it won't be connected with kidney water. Kidney water belongs to the spine, such as lead, which is emotionally unstable, so benefit is not connected with heart fire. Kidney comes from kidney, heart comes from heart, and fire and water are incompatible. Ups and downs are allowed, and hurdles must not be reversed. Not only can you not give birth to Dan, but you will also get sick in your ears, so you have no physiology.
Also on fetal breathing, you can't call God to kill you, you can't breathe completely, you can't suck God to kill you, and you can't breathe completely. Let the breath go back to the root, connect the innate vitality, breathe in and out, and wrap the breath out, just like the fetus breathing in the mother's womb. This is fetal qi. Cover the breath with qi, and God's mind will also control qi, keep shape with qi, and control qi with God, forming Tao, that is, refining medicine into pills with fire.

Inhalation comes from the jade point in the uterus, calling directly to the top of Kunlun Mountain, and the breath turns into a breath and becomes a fetal breath. Although, how can I get here? Six, about the occult.
Say it again: if you want interest, you get one, and everything is over. One is a thing, there are two tricks, and the two tricks stop at one trick. There is no distinction between inside and outside, and there is no margin. There are five kinds of qi, five kinds of gods and hundreds of gods. This is the root, where the fetus was born. Life begins here, and all spirits are born here.

People take the life gate as the mystery and the kidney hall as the mirror. This is the foundation, thousands of miles away. I don't know that Xuanzang is the root of heaven and earth, located in Kunming, southwest China, in front of the kidney behind the umbilicus, not one inch and three points below the umbilicus, nor between the two kidneys. This is the real knowledge, which can be known. The upper part is a mud pill, the lower part is a spring, the middle part is connected with the heart and kidney, and the inner space is straight, which is impossible to find. The innate truth is hidden here, connecting heaven and earth and sacredness. If you gain, you will live; if you lose, you will die. Those who "smell like real people" are also here. This kind of light returning from the umbilicus adjusts the true qi, which is the air cavity of God. After a long time, there is a little true yang in the kidney, which is consistent with the mind in the body, so the heart depends on it (the rest is also qi), and the heart depends on fire and water.
Turn your back on the light and adjust your breath. You can do it in quiet time, regardless of the meridians. 12. Is to do one thing, lose it and take it away. The so-called "Iraq will always be put away."
Working for a long time, my heart is since the enlightenment. Five thieves go first. Five thieves are eyes, ears, nose and mouth. With such spirit and soul, gathered in Kun's position, there will be no leakage of self-cultivation.
Nine, about the collection of drugs
What is medicine? My body is full of vitality. Qi moves in qi and blood, but ears can hear, eyes can see, hands can hold, and feet can do it. However, when people are born, they are born with vitality, so they call it "life", while when people have gods, they call it "sex", so they call it "double cultivation", and their efforts are only in the word "double". If the heart is inflamed and the kidney leaks, they will not be double, so they will also practice sex at the same time. There is no other way for double cultivation, but to take qi from the kidney to meet the ears of the gods in the heart.

Others have eaten all the taste of the grain, turning turbidity into slag, turning clear into liquid, turning liquid into yin essence, and yin essence is not refined, thinking about lust. The water is vaporized by the fire, which naturally turns into qi, which is to turn the true qi into essence.
Ten, about love
Kidney water rises, and heart qi drops. The heart is called mercury, and it makes a fire with its wood, also known as Qinglong. When the heart falls, fire and water meet, and the heart and kidney are two qi, which naturally leads to copulation, that is, even in the body. Taking Italy as the medium means seduction, which means that the central soil is also called Wuji soil.
The so-called copulation, the idealistic kidney is the second qi, circulating between the heart and kidney, Xuan refers to the bridal chamber. Cycle one hundred times, coitus is enough, and naturally I will meet you in Huang Ting (Xiadantian). No night without copulation, every night in Huangting, and then every night with vitality. Ordinary people use it to prolong life, and Xuanmen uses it to practice, both of which are used as Dan heads.

12. Adopt the real Yang Qi.

Thirteen, about the true spirit of the sun and the moon
He also said: if you can grasp the true qi of heaven and earth, you can live forever. Buddhism can sit quietly on a high place in the morning, thinking that the sun covers my body and turns my body into the sun. Without thinking and desire, chaos and chaos, the qi of heaven and earth gradually returns to me.

Fourteen, about the connection between heaven and earth.

He is very famous, known as "Taiyi contains true qi", also known as "innate qi", and was the mother at that time.
Now people don't know the ancestor of Avenue, or that lead is congenital, or that natural water is congenital, or that the light between the two kidneys is congenital. These are not the innate nature of Avenue.

The middle abdomen and lower abdomen of Sandantian are the foundation, because "a little essence is gathered under the navel" and "the vitality of heaven is born here". As for their respective functions, it is generally believed that the upper abdomen is the main spirit, the middle abdomen is the main qi and the lower abdomen is the main essence. In the Qing Dynasty, Liu said in "Distinguishing the Truth from Difficulties": "The lower abdomen is fine and fine, the middle abdomen is fine and fine, and the upper abdomen is fine and fine." This means that the application of Sandantian should be emphasized in different refining stages. The rule guide says: "Herb gatherers take herbs from their bodies, and the herbs in their bodies are full of energy." "The Essentials of then" also said: "Those who practice then only practice the spirit." Essence is all subtle and useful substances that nourish the human body, and it is also the material basis of the human body. Therefore, "Su Wenjin Kui Yan Zhen" said: "The husband is also fine, and the body is also the foundation." "Lingshu Jing" said: "Mr. Man, after essence, essence is born in the brain. The bones are dry, the pulse is strong, the muscles are just, the meat is the wall, the skin is firm, and the hair is long. " Every part of the human body contains essence, and all tissues are based on essence. Qi-a subtle substance that nourishes the human body, or a functional activity of human organs, is self-evident, as the Eight Difficult Classics says: "Qi is the foundation of human beings. If eradicated, the stems and leaves will wither. " There are many different names because the distribution parts of gas are different and the functions reflected are different. If endowed with innate vitality, it is also called vitality, true qi and true Yuan Qi; Breathing and diet are called acquired qi, breathing qi and Shui Gu qi. Qi is divided into yin for Yin Qi, yang for Yang Qi, and qi is divided into defensive qi. The qi in the pulse is ying qi, and the qi in the heart is heart qi, lung qi, liver qi, spleen qi, stomach qi, kidney qi and upper energizer qi. And its root lies in vitality, and vitality lies in the lower abdomen. It is pointed out in the Theory of the Origin of Medicine: "The five internal organs have true essence, and this vitality is also divided." And its root lies in the so-called dantian in Daojing, which is difficult to pass through the so-called Ming Gate and the so-called precept in Neijing. Yin-yang harmony depends on this, and breathing in and out depends on this. Without fire, all the bodies can be warm, and without water, all the five internal organs can be moist. If this is endless, the first line of life will not die. God-refers to the general name of human life activities, including ideological activities and the external manifestations of internal organs and essence. In the chapter "Lingshu itself", it is said: "Being born as essence, the second essence is God." Therefore, God has a material basis. It is the product of the interaction between men and women, and after birth, all its activities must rely on the influence of the day after tomorrow. Therefore, God is the essence of Shui Gu. There are many names and codes about essence and spirit in single crystal works, which sometimes make people feel confused. According to the statistics of Weng Baoguang, a poet in the Song Dynasty, the essence has 29 codes, such as, Shuihu, Black Lead, Dantian, Yellow Bud Lead, and half a catty of magistrate's gold, Kan, Geng and Jin. There are 37 gods' codes, such as Li, Mao, Mu, Sun Soul, Anger, True Mercury, Fire Dragon, Sun, Cinnabar, Red Plum and Mercury in Sand. Among the above pronouns, "Jing" is often a general term, and the most commonly used ones are Kan, Li, Lead, Mercury, Dragon, Wu and Rabbit. Neidan takes the three as the exercise objects. The purpose of exercise is to recuperate the essence, qi and spirit. Through exercise, the essence, qi and spirit dissipated the day after tomorrow can be restored and enriched, and the purpose of health and longevity can be achieved. As Zhu Quan said in "Shen Yin" in the early Ming Dynasty, "Everyone has a way to cultivate himself. For example, if he lives in the past, he probably won't lose his essence, qi and spirit. Taoism calls these three things "complete essence, complete qi and complete determination". Three lost, the true qi dissipated and his body was not strong, so he could follow the example of Xiandao. " Therefore, "Inner alchemy" points out more clearly: "If you can consolidate its essence, protect its qi, fill its spirit, fill its three fields and fill its five internal organs, it is called Dan Cheng." Chapter 28 of Huangting Neijing says: "Immortals and Taoists are not gods, but accumulate energy to realize them." It's just that some ancient people put on mysterious coats, which makes people unpredictable. In this regard, Lv Chunyang in the Tang Dynasty once revealed in his poem: "It is more true to cultivate spiritual roots and spirits, and the immortals refused to make it clear, which fascinated thousands of people in Qian Qian." (See "Complete Tang Poetry" Volume 385) The essence, qi and spirit emphasized in Inner alchemy are internally integrated, and they are all transformed from the innate ancestral spirit. Therefore, in Life Gui Zhi, it is said: "Although great doctors are divided into essence, the three are originally one life." It's just "to be popular, to be condensed, to be refined, and to be magical." Because the original is an organic whole, the day after tomorrow can transform and promote each other. Zhang Jingyue said: "The essence of life is spirit and ears. Essence can be angry, and qi can also produce essence. If you concentrate, you will prosper, and if you are exhausted, you will die.
