Legal basis: According to Article 7 of the Regulations on Health and Safety Management in Public Places issued by the State Council, people who directly serve customers in public places must hold a Health Certificate before they can take up their jobs. Persons suffering from dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis, active tuberculosis, purulent or exudative skin diseases and other diseases that hinder public health shall not engage in direct customer service before they are cured.
