Second, the statutory physical examination object

According to the Frontier Health and Quarantine Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and its detailed rules for implementation, the following five categories of personnel are the legal objects for medical examination:

1. Foreigners who apply to settle in China, or foreigners who stay in China after employment and study 1 year or above;

2. China citizens who have been approved to work abroad, study abroad, visit relatives, settle down and other countries 1 year or more;

3 China citizens who have lived abroad for more than 3 months and returned to China.

4. China employees working on internationally accepted means of transportation;

5. Employees engaged in food and drinking water at entry and exit ports and on entry and exit vehicles.

Those who are not within the above range are non-statutory physical examination objects, if there are requirements in the countries and regions where they go; There is an agreement between the two parties; Other personnel who need to carry out infectious disease monitoring and health examination. The physical examination of the non-statutory physical examination object is based on the principle of voluntariness, and the physical examination is conducted after I voluntarily submit a written application.

Third, the statutory medical examination items

The examination items include routine clinical medical examination and laboratory examination.

(1) Clinical physical examination items: general examination, internal surgery, ENT, electrocardiogram, abdominal B-ultrasound, chest X-ray examination.

(2) Laboratory examination items: detection of AIDS antibody, sexually transmitted diseases (syphilis), hepatitis B surface antigen and hepatitis C antibody; Blood biochemistry, blood routine, urine routine.

After the physical examination, the entry-exit physical examination personnel will get the Certificate of International Travel Health Examination authorized by the state and issued by our center.

Those suffering from quarantinable infectious diseases, monitored infectious diseases and other infectious diseases of public health significance shall not be issued with international travel health inspection certificates. Quarantine infectious diseases include plague, cholera, yellow fever and other infectious diseases determined and published by the State Council, and the monitoring infectious diseases are determined and published by the health administrative department of the State Council.

Vaccination is an important measure to prevent entry-exit personnel from contracting infectious diseases. According to the international epidemic situation of infectious diseases and the requirements of going to countries, the entry-exit personnel are vaccinated against yellow fever, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, diphtheria, tetanus, meningitis, measles, rubella and mumps, with the aim of effectively protecting the health of entry-exit personnel.
