1. Click the know-it-all APP on your mobile phone to enter. After the page jumps, enter the know-it-all APP background and click the health code button to enter.
2. In the page that appears, click the "Help others to apply" button below your health code to enter. In the interface of applying for health code that appears, enter my real name information and its relationship with me.
3. After entering the relevant information, answer the health questions at the bottom of the page.
4. After the application information is entered, check the promise and click the Next button at the bottom.
