Mental health refers to a continuous state of mental health. Its levels are divided into: general normal psychology, mild maladjustment psychology and severe morbid psychology.
Second, general normal psychology
This kind of people often have pleasant psychological experience, strong adaptability, good at getting along with others, able to better complete the activities that their peers should do and have the ability to adjust their emotions. Most people fall into this category.
Third, mild psychological disorder.
People with mild mental disorders lack the happiness of their peers, have difficulties in getting along with others and taking care of themselves. Through self-regulation or the help of psychological counseling professionals, psychological problems can be eliminated or alleviated, and the normal state can be restored.
